Don’t forget to:

Take care of yourself: get out of bed, shower, wash your face, brush your teeth, get some sunlight. Starting by little things like this it’s a big step, i’m proud of you!

Take a break if you feel tired, take a break and sleep, it’s okay. Or you can do things that make you feel relaxed and calm, your works can wait until tomorrow, your mental health always comes first.

Practice relaxation exercises: daily relaxation practice can help relieve symptoms of depression, reduce stress, and boost feelings of joy and well-being. Try yoga, deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, or meditation. Whatever feels best for you.

Avoid negative things: if you feel like the stuff you do are too draining, try to take a break and some time for yourself. Especially social media, which can be stressful.



I know that with all that’s going on right now things can be really stressful and frustrating, but please remember that you are very important and loved, you have so many things yet to experience. Please text me if you ever need anything
